Usage: Glycopyrrolate Injection is indicated as a preoperative antimuscarinic to reduce secretions and gastric acidity during anesthesia, counteracting vagal reflexes and muscle relaxant effects. It is also used as adjunctive therapy for peptic ulcers in adults when rapid anticholinergic effects are needed or oral medication is intolerable.
