Usage: Lamotrigine is indicated as adjunctive therapy for partial-onset seizures, primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures, and generalized seizures in Lennox-Gastaut syndrome for patients aged 2 and older. It is also used for maintenance treatment of bipolar I disorder to delay mood episodes but not for acute episodes.
